  • Call Center Officer (Agency Support)
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Response for communicate with agency feedback throughout emails, phone call with professionally skill to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Reply emails from agency within the service level agreement (SLA)
  • Monitor email traffic and apply instant solution to meet service target.
  • Handle and support ticket queries from Partners with the highest integrity and quality
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Prepare reports as necessary
  • Assist in resolving issues related to airline’s policy relating to tickets, services, notification, cancellations, etc.
  • Delivering a quality service, particularly when team members are working in stressful conditions dealing with customer complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Male or Female age not over than 26 years old
  • Customer oriented with good customer handling skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment
  • Excellent communicators in English and Thai, especially written skill
  • 500 of TOEIC score within 2 years from date of testing
  • Able to communicate in Chinese is highly preferred
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellence MS office skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
